Update

We got the pathology tests back for the baby last week. Thankfully, there were no genetic anomalies, which is a good thing because that means there's nothing empirically wrong with Kristin or myself. I guess we'll never know exactly what happened...

Oh, and the baby was a girl (both of us and my mother thought our first would be a girl)! It is possible for someone in my extended family to have a girl!
